A gateway is only needed if you are going outside your subnet. Basically a "gateway" is the device which is on the local subnet and is used to pass IP traffic outside of the local subnet. In your case, you shouldn't need a default gateway. If you ever want to get to the ICC "from the outside", then you'll likely need a default gateway. -- John McKown Senior Systems Programmer UICI Insurance Center Information Technology This message (including any attachments) contains confidential information intended for a specific individual and purpose, and its' content is protected by law.
