Does anyone know if OA11161 is actually a fix to code that was not working according to specifications, or is it a change in how the T= (timeout) parm is intended to work (that is, a change to the specifications)? Some of the documentation on the timeout parm is unclear to me, but in seeing how responses to multiple ROUTE *ALL commands were delayed by this timeout value, it appeared to act as a "pacing" mechanism in its aggregating function.
