Mmmm - I don't think I've ever been in a Cobol debate, and I sure as hell
wouldn't challenge Bill, but this needs comment.
Are you aware of how many bloody migration guides are lined up for a decent
upgrade   ???.

After the install I generally do any IVPs, but this sort of problem is
unlikely to be picked up till we get to Devl. Even if it was in the mig
guide for Cobol (or would that be LE, or CICS, or Endeavor as it builds all
the JCL for compiles/pre-precessors, or ...), it would probably be missed by
the likes of me.
