For those who haven't looked: the page is a table of URLs into the bookmanager version of the LRM, indexed by message number. It looked useful to me, and maybe something like it should be considered by the LOOKAT folks. (If the LRM section numbers ever change, Bill's web page is going to be in a world of hurt.
