I was working in a VM/VSE shop one Friday many years in the past. I was
helping an IBM CE pull cables for a disk drive install over the
weekend. I pulled real hard and hi the EPO button on the front of a
string of 3350s with either the bus or tag conector.
You will never hear me badmouth VM. In four and a half years of running
VM, that was the only time I had it crash. Don't understand it,
either. Just cause all of his volumes were on that string...

Yea, they had this happen at a petroleum company in Dallas.
Construction workers were in and out all day using a door that "saw
you coming" and opened automatically. One of them went out of the
room though the back door. On his way out, he pushed the door and it
failed to open. Instead of hitting the crash bar on the door, he
reached over and hit the little red button. There was a plastic cover
over that one the next day, also.
