The purpose of USE_RESOWNER=NO | YES parameter in IGDSMSxx has been
mentioned lately.
However, apart of ICH408I userid displayed, what are the differences
between usage of YES and NO ? Any impact, i.e. on performance ?
What are the pros and cons ?
