There are no RNL lists used. There is no reason to exclude those QNAMEs since there is no propegation of ENQs across systems. But if you were running GRS (or MII) then you would want to exclude those names. I once tried adding them to MII (using CTC communications, not a CF) and STK VSM performance went to the toliet. Good thing I was able to back out the change easily.
