I really tried hard to figure out your question but I'm not sure what you want
to do:
You can share a RACF-Database between any members of a Sysplex regardless where they are located as long all systems have physical
access to it
Sharing is also permitted between systems NOT in the same sysplex as long all
systems have physical access to it.
If they do not have physical access (direct ESCON/FICON or switched thru
director), you do need RRSF.
Please clarify your question
