Anything you miss in the contract is going to bite you slightly lower than
the back of your belt.
Nobody can think of everything, and everything new is expensive!
I have been involved in many contracts D/R & Out-Sourcing.
Even with a checklist many things get overlooked.
Then, the provider can charge you the max -- or not supply it.
