Well, EMC is a DASD vendor. I hope their site http://www.emc.com has some sort of glossary. I did a fast Google search (remember, Google is your friend!). This one looked fairly nice. http://support.clubmac.com/display.asp?r=405, but not very in depth. This one has more definations. http://www.paralan.com/glos.html But neither is really a "everything you wanted to know about SCSI, but were afraid to ask" type site.
