Please reread my suggestion. It says nothing about
IEBGENER. I also wouldn't expect anyone to eliminate
IEFBR14. Just have the initiator recognize that the
program is effectively a null operation if so
specified. Of course, still perform any JCL functions
like dataset allocation and deletion.
