Should be about the same , but in some cases PR/SM (Lpar) overhead can
cause increase in TCB times. On a lightly loaded system the capture ratio
would typically drop, meaning that operating system is incurring relatively
more 'overhead' ('Low utilization effects' (LUE) coming into play).
