Too bad you can't replace that product easily. If I had to rely on a listserv for answers to technical questions that a vendor can't or won't answer, then I'm trying my best to get another vendor. "How to", "what if" and general discussion of problems, issues and experiences are a different story. That is what makes the listservs great. It would be nice if there was a Frank Y. for every product/vendor that monitored this list, but he is a rare exception. Anyway, my rant / comment was a general one, not specific to SAS.
