I opened an IBMLINK Feedback. first answer was to call ATT support
line, option 4. Option 4 is for dialup problems and the poor fellow had
no idea what I was talking about. He made an effort to lookup info but
eventually referred me back to IBM. IBM now tells me that ATT does
have an open ticket on this but could not give me a ticket number.
