One obvious reason is getting spam from IBM IP ranges or advertising
IBM. Another obvious reason is failing to correct security problems,
e.g., open relays, or configuration problems, e.g., bad rDNS.
Contacting the list maintainers is not likely to help if they don't
first resolve the underlying problems.
