We pull similar information during the Logon in our logon EXEC ..... but
the PROC portion gets picked up separate from the EXEC.

Depends on what you mean by "during logon". If the PSCB has already been
created, you can get it from there.
PSATOLD -> TCBJSCB -> JSCBPSCB (User ID in PSCBUSER at offset zero.)
