If the only action required was to install a fix for OW57275, then the
PTF was not (surprise) properly packaged; it should have had an error
hold or ifreq instead.

Before you proceed, list your target zone and check the FMID levels of
the relevant components so you know which service to order.

Presumably HOS1110 doesn't exist on your target zone or has been
superceded. Check for HOS**** and JOS****, then order the proper PTF
in place of UA17718.
