If the dump contains the private region above (ELSQA - where a lot of the
VSM control blocks reside) towards the bottom there's the main fields
spelled out. But LDA must be in the dump, and if the sysmdump data set
wasn't big enough (in other words, if the dump is not complete due to data
set size restrictions), you're out of luck. You're also out of luck if the
sysmdump dump options don't contain RGN.
