For a while now when I shipped CDs http://www.cbttape.org/cdrom.htm
<http://www.cbttape.org/cdrom.htm> from CBTTAPE.ORG I have been including a
CBT "bookmark". I ran a whole stack of punched cards through the laser
printer one day last year and printed CBTTAPE.ORG on them. Some folks
enjoyed getting these in fact some commented they took it into work and
showed it to several people who had never seen one:-) I have plenty of
microfiche left in the closet of horrors but I have just about run out of
punched cards.
If you have some used or not you are considering to discard I will recycle
them for you in a fun way. I can pay UPS or equivalent shipping if you
want.
