A thought - just because it is flagged as 'owner gone' may not
necessarily mean leakage. In my preliminary research, I found a number
of such that would disappear after a while, or, at least, did not
proliferate. 

I used the SHOWZOS tool, and noted that the list was not only growing,
but the vast majority of the entries followed a pattern. 

I selected an entry spotted with Bob's awesome script that matched the
pattern.

Agreed.  Bob, that IPCS script is way useful.

For the merry hell of it I followed your instructions on my system and
found evidence of CSA leakage that I didn't know I had.  Howzabout that!
