Marin - If I understand your question correctly, you need to generate a UCS image for the print band. The process is a bit tedious but not difficult. Chapter 12 in DFSMSdfp Advance Services SC26-7400 describes the process. You probably need to carefully examine the band to generate the image but it's not impossible.
