As appears to be IBMs want, it seems this group doesn't bother interacting with any other within the corporation. Used to be the initial authentication had to be done by someone within the customer accout that had been designated by IBM - Iwas never able to find said annointed one. In *any* customer. I went back via the branch - and that was a significant run around as well.
I recently went unauth'd as well - after using ShopZ for some time. I had this resolved by the Aus ISC - seems the ShopZ people changed something, and my "one-and-only" IBM signon id was no longer acceptable, as the domain name in the contact email address didn't agree with the customer that I was ordering for. May not be an issue for a "normal" customer, but it's a bitch for me. I work through a business partner, and have several customers I may need to order maint for. Open an incident as Jason suggests, and see what transpires. Shane ... From: "Meganen Naidoo" > I registered on ShopZseries 7 working days ago. Received an email saying that I will only > be allowed to do draft orders until my access level is changed in approx. 48 hours. > I still cannot submit any orders after 7 working days - comes up with > 'you are not authorized to submit orders'. > When I checked my profile on ShopZseries my access level says 'unauthenticated'. > Who must I call/mail to change my access so that I can submit an order. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
