... The problem is: You have a REPLYTO that is NOT IBM-Main. So, we are responding, expecting it to go to the list. It does not go to the list! Then we get the garbage about we have to be 'approved' to respond to you. Why should that happen? If you want approval to talk to you, fine! But, don't make us go through hoops! Change your REPLYTO.
