That's not a z/OS utility or service aid. There was a program by that
name on IPO, and it could well be included in one of your CPAC
libraries for z/OS, but I don't know whether IBM has carried it
forward. If not, just copy the version that you were using.

They're both correct program names, for different programs. IFASMFDP
is part of z/OS; I believe that SMFDUMP uses IFASMFDP indirectly.

You almost certainly installed something from an old ServerPac, PDO or
IPO  into your old system. I'd suggest that you track them down and
see what else you need to carry forward.
