When a macro take for instant TIME macro if mentioned as LINKAGE=SYSTEM would
use
a pc routine and if LINKAGE=SVC mentioned would use SVC call .

Now the pc is going to use time data in system for picking up time ie here
IEATTIME
How does a svc work different from this?

IEATTIME is the name of the PC routine service invoked by LINKAGE=SYSTEM
on the TIME macro
