The same master catalog is used for both SYSRES sets. I don't know whether
there is or is not such a thing as a "PDSE indicator" for a non-SMS dataset.
One certainly is not coded in the IDCAMS command to indirectly catalog a
dataset (DEFINE NONVSAM NAME(data.set.name) DEVICETYPES(0000)
VOLUMES(&SYSRn)).
