If the IMS loadlib concatenation is in the LNKLST, of currently supported systems, only z/OS 1.4 has this situation. That is not spelled out in the APAR. For reasons totally unrelated to this, as of z/OS 1.5 page mode loading is not done for modules in the LNKLST. That change cannot be rolled back to z/OS 1.4 due to concerns about behavioral changes in currently-running systems.
