You can only do that from a REXX if you use TSO services. In order to
use it under TSO, whether foreground or background, you must add it to
the appropriate (authorized call or authorized services) authorization
list.
If you're having trouble passing the proper parameters, do a "trace i"
and see whether you have apostrophes where they belong in the expanded
command.
