I also like the OUTDISP=(PURGE,HOLD) parameter. What I'd really like is to be able to define an "abend" as "any return code greater than ?". The reason is that something jobs get a non-zero return code but do not abend and their output is purged. I know that the job should just have an "abending" step put in it (at the end?).
