einval with rc079 indicates 'already mounted', I believe
If the return code is EINVAL, either the pathname
specified refers to the root of an already mounted
file system.
Or, in the case of a sysplex, the
file system may be already mounted on another
system in the sysplex or there may be conflicting
BPXPRMxx statements for the root.
