Thanks for your reply, Richard. I saw in the reference that DFSMSdss DUMP/RESTORE could be used to externally back up/recovery DB2 data sets, using VSAM CI processing. But I can not find further information about this CI processing. Have you heard of that before? Thanks and Regards.
