Yes, OPT(STD) is standard on our system. OPT(FULL) hasn't been approved, but if I read the Fine Manual correctly, that only eliminates dead working-storage items beyond what OPT(STD) provides, which would eliminate the program change user/date/time stamp (also included by force of standards).
