Is this so you can put PTFs or RSU levels? If so, you can run an SMP/E batch job to go to the IBM website to download your corrective fixes without needing to know all of your FMIDs.
If you did a Serverpac then in the ISPF application for it, there is a function that lists all the FMIDs that came with your order. If you could provide more detail on what you want to do with the FMIDs it would help us to provide clearer information.
