The last person to update the tutorial panel forgot the guidelines about
the maximum number of lines on a tutorial panel. Lines 23 and 24 read as
follows:
Note: a trailing asterisk (*) in the Date of Dump field means
SYMPTOM STRING TRUNCATED.
I know who originally wrote the dialog, and I think that between us we can
locate the current owner and get it updated for a future release.
