Willie, You might want to see if you can increase the number of recall tasks (provided that you have enough tape drives available) to get more tasks done in parallel. You might also want to check if a recall task is stuck in a failure loop because of a bad tape being requested over and over again. In that case, you will have to perform proper corrective action to get out from under that loop and proceed to the next request in queue.
