Mmmm - maybe it's just my jaundiced eye, but this seems like platitude. None of us are going to debate the need for training (generally), and/or the need to introduce new blood. Those of us actually on the shop-floor have been espousing this for years.
The belated discovery by IBM that maybe that golden goose they have been strenuously throttling for years may in fact die, and take their business with it, is hardly likely to engender sympathy. Especially from those of us that have been struggling to keep businesses going, despite IBMs (lack of) efforts.
