I do not recommend this on anything but a standalone sandbox system; it falls under the category of tampering with evidence and an auditor would frown loudly.
That said, the literal answer to your question is "a USEREXIT parameter naming an exit that sets CTXTRDTM". The method is described the Installation Exits manual.
