This is to inform you in advance that the IBMLink system will have a planned outage starting on Friday, October 23, 2009 at 8:00 PM Eastern Time through Saturday, October 24, 2009 at 5:00 AM Eastern Time. This planned outage will occur due to the installation of IBMLink Release 7.0 which will include functional enhancements to the platform and its applications. A detailed news article shall be posted highlighting all the features of the release. The deployment may not require the full deployment window and the system may be up before the planned end, but please be aware that you could experience an outage anytime during these hours.
We would also like to remind you that there is a maintenance window scheduled every Saturday night from 11:00 PM Eastern Time through Sunday at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (Sundays 03:00 UTC to 13:00 UTC). This window may be used for normal maintenance of the infrastructure that IBMLink resides on. During this time, you may not be able to access IBMLink.
