Indeed. Undoubtedly one of those "pseudo-postings" intended to "prove" there aren't US citizens willing to work for the offered salary, thus "justifying" an H1B visa. Remember the lawyers video (IIRC, a link was posted in this forum some time ago) teaching companies how to game the system to be able to hire H1B's instead of US citizens?
