I forgot to remove it from the outgoing queue of mails/posts on my system. * until now I've read this traffic in the newsgroup. I turned on the emails from the listserv, instead, yesterday. Although my software recognises those incoming mails as mail-list ones, when I try to reply, it (I think) sees the "Newsgroup: bit.listserv.ibm-main" inside the headers of the email item I'm replying to, and tried to send the reply as a news post. I was fiddling with that and looking at what was generated here for different types of reply. -- Jeremy C B Nicoll - my opinions are my own. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- For IBM-MAIN subscribe / signoff / archive access instructions, send email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with the message: GET IBM-MAIN INFO Search the archives at http://bama.ua.edu/archives/ibm-main.html
