>From what RS indicated, it sounds like the T9840D device is either encrypt or not (I don't know what those devices are like) which would mean that you'd have to segregate allocation with USERUNITTABLE but I don't know how/if that would distinguish betweeen HSM.COPY.*. STK didn't use to use DataClass, eg EEFMT2/3, so that you could determine in an ACS routine but that may have changed.
