I found http://www.ibmmainframes.com/ but they group C questions into Other mainframe topics which is not very promising. Does anyone have any experience with the IBM C++ Café http://www-949.ibm.com/software/rational/cafe/community/ccpp?view=discussion s ? Its not mainframe-specific but a lot of the question seem to be mainframe-oriented.
