> IGD604I ACCESS FAILED FOR DATA SET SYS1.SMS.COMMDS. > DIV RETURN CODE 00000008 REASON CODE 0000001C
IBM's recomendation is to "Determine the meaning of the data-in-virtual return and reason codes." HaHa. In looking up the codes, the description says, "Environment error. The object cannot be accessed at this time." IBM's recommendation is to "Retry the request one or more times until the operation succeeds." That's all. HaHaHa. SO, does IBM expect the user to retry the request indefinitely? Shouldn't the messages at least tell the user WHY the object is not available?
