We changed to DYNAMIC a "long time ago", despite that we also IPL weekly
("hysterical" reasons :-) ) and rarely make any mid-week updates to the APF
list.
If IBM changed the default from STATIC to DYNAMIC, would you use the new
default, or stay with STATIC?
