I believe that this type of problem was discussed a month or so ago, so you should be able to find more info in the archive. Basically you'll need to use IEH-eyeball and see what is using CSA, luckily it's not ECSA. I assume that you already have VSM TRACK on for CSA. Once you find out what's using CSA and then it CAN be easy to find out who.
