If you want to stay subscribed but don't want individual mails sent, send a mail with:
set ibm-main nomail to "listserv at bama dot ua dot edu" (change this to a valid email address by replacing the "at" with "@" and the "dot" with a "."). If you would like to get a single summary type mail per day send set ibm-main digest nomail If you want to unsubscribe send: signoff ibm-main All of this should work without password when sent from the email account you used to subscribe (after all you just sent a post to the list).
