One can always write a quick and dirty program to plow through the file  
using EXCP with a read CCW specifying a byte count of 56664 or any other number 
 
you want up to 65535.  Each such block read in must be reduced in size  so that 
other applications can handle the data.  If the input is VBS, then  the 56KB 
block can be easily deblocked and outputted via QSAM.
