You know what's entertaining searching the operating system command manual is the different names for HSA, Hardware Storage Area, Hardware Systems Area. In fact I thought it was Hardware Save Area.... partial to Hardware Storage Area myself...

IIRC, it doesn't give memory in PR/SM mode, it just tells you how many more dynamic devices are eligible.
