I have installed the latest version pf TXT2PDF but am having a problem converting IBM-420 to UTF-8. I installed a UCM module from http://source.icu-project.org/repos/icu/data/trunk/charset/data/ucm/glibc- IBM420-2.1.2.ucm but I have no luck getting this to work with TXT2PDF.
Can anyone suggest the correct way to specify this in the TXT2PDF config? Another question, if I pre-convert the report to UTF-8 before I call TXT2PDF could I use this report to generate the PDF from TXT2PDF without conversion?
