Well, I did a quick test on my z/OS 1.10 sandbox. All I did was change the MGMTCLAS ACS routine to assign a different management class to any TSSPV dataset with an LLQ of ZFS. Before the change, I got the old management class. After the change, I got the new management class. So it does work as expected on z/OS 1.10. Would you be open to another slight change?
